Stimulating the senses
Whether this is your first visit to us or you plan on returning, this weekend of walking promises to unveil some of the most unique and captivating inland areas.
We will introduce you to the beautiful sights, sounds, and tastes as we make our way along three distinct walks.
On this weekend, you'll delve into the historic town of Teba, a place that gained prominence thanks to the Scottish knight-errant Sir James Douglas. We'll also experience the changing views as we circumnavigate the Tajos de Gomer and step into history as we climb the Roman Path into the Moorish hillfort of Comares.
And each day, we'll discover a new taste: the unique tapas and local cuisine served in the bars and restaurants in the narrow village streets.
How difficult?
If you enjoy walking regularly, you will find these walks to be easy to moderate, with some small sections that may be steep or have rough terrain.
Our daily walks typically range between 12 and 16 kilometres, with an ascent of approximately 400 to 700 meters.
When to come
This holiday is available from March to early May and then from the end of September to January. The weather is generally consistent in those months, but in May and September, the temperature can be in the high 20s.
Are you unsure of when to come, or do you have preferred dates? Please look at our available dates; we have a wide range throughout the year.
Our photo album has great pictures from this walking weekend, and you can read our Blog article to learn more about what you will see on the walks.
